Returns Policy
Should it be necessary to return products to Nutrinovo you must adhere to the following:
Request the return of the product in writing (see Contact Us section of this site) stating full details including the reason for the return within three working days. We will then contact you confirming approval and arrange collection.
We will not accept returns other than picking errors and goods received damaged.
Products requiring special handling or special storage conditions will not be accepted as a return unless written proof of adequate storage, handling has been supplied to us and is also notified within three working days.
